Office Manager

Kimberly Vargas is the face greeting clients and the “jack of all trades” at Hudock Employment Law Group, serving as office manager, paralegal, and legal assistant. In addition to managing the office, document production and management, and invoicing, she occasionally serves as translator and interpreter for Spanish-speaking clients.

In her three years at HELG, Kimberly has gotten to know clients and their needs, and enjoys being part of their team, helping them manage legal issues so they can concentrate on their businesses. Clients praise her efficiency and strong, clear communication skills.

“Each client is diverse. No company is the same, and no case is the same. I like getting the job done for the client, and for the attorneys here,”

she said. She has previous experience as a legal assistant, and is drawn to the fast pace of Hudock Employment Law Group’s litigation-based practice.

A Los Angeles native, Kimberly earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 2016. While she was in college, she worked for the Los Angeles Fire Department, in recruiting, helping the department hire more women and minority firefighters. She also worked as a police cadet, serving with the Santa Monica Police Department, where she worked in community affairs.

Outside of the firm’s downtown office, you can find Kimberly at the nearby Los Angeles Athletic Club, where she swims and lifts weights. She enjoys biking, watching sports, and going to the movies. When her team is in town, you’ll find her at Dodger Stadium, cheering for a repeat of the 2020 World Series win for the Boys in Blue.
